Biography
Damon Finch has been in public safety and professional development since 1989. As a United States Air Force Security Policeman, he was charged with protecting government personnel, assets, and information essential to national security — serving in Missile Security, Convoy Actions, Nuclear Weapons Recovery, Air Base Ground Defense, Emergency Services, and Infantry operations.
After leaving the military, Damon built an exceptional private-sector career as a Background Investigator, Pre-Employment Screener, Specialized Training Instructor, and Account Manager overseeing security operations ranging from security guards to Close Protection Specialists. He is a graduate of the Executive Protection Institute (EPI), a Certified Personal Protection Specialist (PPS), and a member of the Nine Lives Associates (NLA).
In 2003, Damon founded Damon Finch Power Sessions in Newburgh, NY — a nationally recognized training organization certified by NYSDCJS, the NRA, USCCA, NYS Dept. of Homeland Security, and multiple medical and driving instruction authorities. His training techniques have been utilized worldwide, and he has managed hundreds of security details for public, private, and celebrity clients.
A motivational speaker, TV & film producer, real estate professional, and serial entrepreneur, Damon now brings his signature high-impact training philosophy to the performing arts through Prime Talent Academy — where the same discipline and professionalism that defines elite security training is applied to building the next generation of models, entertainers, and creative professionals.
